CMS for designers: 8 easy and logical steps for a successful website set up

When you have a new project that needs any development work, any database integration or any content management, all you need to do is give us a call or drop us an email with the details, and the full set of steps would be as follows:

  1. Send us the client requirements in whatever state you have them;
  2. We will first check whether we have enough information, and if not will ask questions and make suggestions for you to go back and get more details from the client;
  3. Once you get back to us and we have all the required information, we can work out the best way to set up the website and provide costs for all the different options;
  4. You agree what the client will go ahead with and start the design process (we are on hand to provide recommendations, suggestions and feedback while you do the design work);
  5. Once the design is signed off, either you do the HTML/CSS or we can do it for you (your decision);
  6. Once the HTML/CSS is signed off, we get on with setting up the website with content management functionality and setting up Webi CMS in the most appropriate way for the particular requirements;
  7. We hand over the website for testing and for adding content;
  8. Website ready to go live!

We are here to support you every step of the way, and every designer we work with is slightly different so we would talk to you and discuss the best way we can work specifically with you, as well as help you to work in the most effective way using our many years expertise building websites and through our many years experience working with many web designers.

If you don't yet have a client website brief then it would still be worth you getting in touch now so that we can at least get to know each other, and we can start to tell you about all the sorts of things we can do with you and give you a quick tour around the system if you're interested.

We look forward to hearing from you!
