We have been providing web programming to design agencies for nearly 10 years, and over that time we have learned exactly what you need. Webi CMS has been developed for the last 7 years primarily to support web designers and agencies.
Webi CMS can handle any content management requirement, as well (if not better) than any other content management system on the market. That means no matter how simple, or complicated (and most bespoke designed sites have some complexity or other), we can handle it, and therefore you can confidently state to your clients that you can take on their project.
Working with you is absolutely a partnership, we want to talk to you, discuss stuff (often work, but sometimes whatever else is going on in the world at the time!), help you in the early stages of pitching for work, helping to spec a project, offering whatever programming support you need.
We are all about developing long term relationships, as that way we all know each other better and enjoy working together, and we also understand what is required from each other making things easier for us and all of our clients.
And we like equal partnerships, it just feels right, and so we share monthly hosting and support fees with you 50:50. We also let you set the monthly fees yourself, as we understand that sometimes you will have clients who require more and less support, and you will also have some clients who have really tight budgets where the fees need to be adjusted accordingly.
One of the reasons we are a better option than any other system, is that we generally do more than any other system – you don’t have to learn anything about code or system integration (we do all the programming and technical stuff to integrate your designs).
Instead of wasting time clicking around and trying to figure out how to use someone else's CMS system, simply give us a call, give us the brief you want us to quote on, let us send back our thoughts/feedback/suggestions, and between us we can decide what exactly you need us to do (e.g. whether we produce the html/css or whether you’ll do that part).
In every project we can tell you how the website should best be set up in the system, and generally we will do most (if not all) of that set up for you too.
We cover every base, we’re on hand to talk things through, we can handle simple or tiny content managed sites through to the biggest and most complex projects where we go with you to meet the clients, through to bespoke projects that actually don’t use e-flo at all because they need a completely bespoke and separately developed system.
We are large enough to always be on hand and have resource available to get things done quickly (and we actually always answer the phone rather than handing off to a call centre or going through to voicemail or only working via an email ticketing system), but we are still small enough to have a direct and personal relationship with you.
